The TLC staff is our greatest asset. Many teachers have been at TLC for 10, 15, or even 20 years. Our staff is dedicated, loving and caring to all the children in our center. The parents think very highly of all the TLC staff and give references for new parents and families. The staff at Tender Loving Childcare is the BEST in Western New York.
Our Mission
Our center provides nurturing early care and education in a responsive, caring environment for children. Our curriculum helps children master age-appropriate tasks at each stage of individual development. Social, emotional, physical, and cognitive activities are integrated into all aspects of the curriculum. Children's development is encouraged through play and exploration of process-oriented, rather than product-oriented, activities.
